Dental Cleanings
We offer regular dental cleanings to help maintain optimal oral health. Our cleanings are performed by experienced dental professionals and are tailored to your specific needs. We use the latest equipment and techniques to ensure a comfortable and effective cleaning.


Fillings
A dental filling is used to treat teeth with cavities or have small holes. To repair the tooth, the doctor removes all the decay and replaces the hole will a filling material. This material is either composite or a metal (amalgam). Fillings are only used if less than 40% The Amalgam material is also known as a metal fillings use either a silver or gold metal to fill the hole in the tooth. Composite resin is a tooth colored material that are more commonly used in dental offices today. A filling procedure normally takes an hour (can be longer if more than one tooth is being filled). Fillings can last up to 15 years before needing to be replaced.
Dental Sealants
The back molars have deep grooves on the biting surfaces that can harbor food and bacteria. This can cause decay overtime. Sealants are a thin coat put over the biting surfaces to help prevent decay from forming. Sealants normally used for patient's between the ages of 6 and 14 years. This is the time when patient's are more cavity prone. The sealant procedure is a quick and painless process. This procedure normally takes 1.5 hours to complete and the sealants normally last up to 10 years.
Dental Crowns
Dental Crowns are caps that are tooth shaped to cover and protect a single tooth. Dentist perform a crown procedure when 40% or more of the tooth natural structure is gone. This can happen when a tooth has a large amount of decay, broken large filling, fractured , worn down or broken teeth. Teeth that are root canceled need crown to protect the tooths structure. Crowns are also need to complete the last phase of a dental implants. The crown procedure consist of the doctor cutting down the tooth structure to make room to place the crown and then permanently cementing in a lab made crown. In some cases, the dentist may need to use what is called a build-up to help strengthen the natural tooth. Dental crowns are usually a 2 appointment procedure, but may take more depending on the situation of the tooth. With proper care, crowns can last anywhere from 5 to 15 years.


Dental Bridge
A dental bridge is a fixed prosthetic that can be a solution for missing teeth. A dental bridge replaces missing teeth that are between strong remaining teeth . If the remaining teeth are not strong enough, a dental bridge can not be done. If you do have strong enough teeth, we will use the strong teeth at a post. This will require those teeth to be shaped so crowns can fit onto them. A floating tooth will be attached between the two crowns filling in the missing space.


Dental Nightguards
A dental night guard is a dental appliance that is custom made to fit the patient's mouth .The patient wears theses guards at night to protect their teeth from when they start grinding. Some patients will wear them during the day if they find themselves grinding. It is used primarily to treat bruxism. Bruxism involves grinding and clenching teeth together.Overtime, this can cause damage to the teeth. A night guard can help prevent future damage and saves money on dental cost.
Root Canal
A root canal treatment is a dental procedure that treats infected or inflamed nerves.In a root canal treatment the dentist cleans out the infection and seal the tooth.Root canals are a common treatment that is used to save infected teeth. After a root canal treatment, the tooth has to have a crown treatment done to strengthen the tooth.


Extrations
In certain situations, teeth can not be saved. Bad tooth infection, too much tooth structure lost, and fractures are some reasons why a tooth needs to be taken out. The most common sign of a tooth that needs to be extracted is tooth pain. Once a tooth is taken out it is always best to have the tooth replaced. We provide free consultations for tooth replacement.
Removable Dentures
At our office we offer both partial and full dentures. These dentures are removable so patients can take them in or out as they please. Removable dentures are custom made by a lab to fit the patients mouth. Dentures are a more cost effective way to replace missing teeth. We also offer denture repairs if a patient were to break their dentures.


Dental Implants
Dental implants are a procedure that is done at our office to help replace missing teeth. It requires strong bone and healthy oral health.Dental implants have 3 stages. The first is to set the implant itself into the bone. Second stage is to place a healing abutment to prepare the implant for the crown. The last stage is placing the crown on the implant. This whole process takes between 6 to 9 months. Dental implants are the close thing to acting like natural teeth. Patients with implants can eat on or clean the dental implants like normal.
Invisalign
Our office provides orthodontics with Invisalign, the leader in clear aligners. Invisalign is an alternative to traditional braces that used clear aligners over brackets and wires. These clear aligners make it easier to clean teeth and provides no limitations on eating. Patients wear these aligners for 20-22 hours a day and change the aligners once a week.
